Summary: We had 2 rooms. Arrived after 3pm which was stated check in time. We were tired and hot after being at SeaWorld all day. Got through the weird check in process. I had arranged to pay at hotel and it was drafted after stay and had to pay for deposit and parking there, very confusing. Once to our room housekeeping cart was outside our door one room ready one was not. So we all waited in one room for 45 min for the other one. We asked front desk and they were confused as well but did nothing. This hotel is pretty new and looks clean but customer service is off and free breakfast options were just okay. Waffle bar had no syrup and server said there wasn’t any. Probably would pass this one up next time.
